Wow, I remember as a kid, having intercoms that transmitted the signal across the house wiring. We had it set up between the house and the workshop.

Ha I bet

Yeah about that side note the retirement home my grandparents live in in the Bay Area has weekly happy hours where they get to order anything the bartender can make.

Working on the car. Had to let it cool before changing the coolant (137.5k miles sneaks up on you fast). So did some work on the brakes and swapped my tails to warranty finally as well while of course taking our sweet time and leaving in the middle for a run to Sonic that lasted an hour lol.

Had to go to the dealer to get the coolant after work Friday and left confused as hell. My experiance went like this:

Me: Hi I need coolant for a 2013 FRS
Clerk: You need 1 gallon?
Me: No, I'm doing a full change so I need to if I remember right
Clerk: OK. *gets coolant and comes back* Need and gaskets too or do you have them already?
Me: Uhhh, what gaskets?
Clerk: For the pan
Me: *confused as shit* I was just gonna use the drain on the radiator
Clerk: Oh, you're not pulling the pan to do the flush?
Me: What pan???
Clerk: The transmission pan

I looked confused as shit and just took my stuff to pay at that point. I questioned everything I know so hard I went to look at the Subaru and Scion FSM in the parking lot before leaving even.

How the fuck do you change coolant by yanking the transmission pan on any car? This is why I don't go to dealerships

I actually like the parts guys at my dealership. They remember who I am and keep me honest.

I confided once about my mistrust of the service dept. The guy called over his bud so we could have a private little conversation to cement my opinions. Good guys.

Just done bday party at my house. Cuz my wife gotta stay and calm, my friends came over & play some game and so on.

Tonight’s main event was this

Both bday boy and I ate World hottest chip... rating at 1,900,000 Scoville. This thing pass the hot and go straight into hurt. I did it without milk for 1 min, but I couldn’t handle anymore and drank milk.

Now my stomach hurt. Not sure from eating that chip or drinking milk... or maybe both.

You could say that consuming something that you know you won't enjoy, will absolutely cause physical pain, and will most likely upset your stomach may be considered a terrible idea.

I totally want to try one.
