Then you best get the temperature down before your brain fries ...... by either going to a clinic or hospital or soaking in a bathtub full of ice water for a couple of hours ...... your call .......

Yeah if it hit more than 101 for more than a day, then yes, need to go hospital. Last Xmas, I did hit 100 one night, but it dropped to 98 next morning. It’s rare for me to keep high fever more than 12hrs.
