Water was spraying out of under the dash on the passenger side. Took out the blower motor, and looked around. Found a condenser plate, or something, and made a gasket. Hopefully, this fixed it.... anyone have the same issue? It is when using the a.c. to defog the windows.

Nope, never had that problem ....... but if I did, I would check the outlet hose from the condenser pan, to make sure it was in place and not plugged up.

Good call. I ran air through the drain tube both ways. I pulled off the black plate and traced it. Then made a rubber gasket. It didn't leak on the way home from work. I'm hoping that it fixed it... pic is after gasket installed. I used some 2mm rubber sheet.

EDIT: UPDATE - Rained hard last night. Drove it to work in the rain. Still not leaking.
