I feel a drive coming in tomorrow. My wife has jiu jitsu thing all morning, and it's going to be 70°. I think I'm going to head to Alice's early for some biscuits and gravy, then to hwy 1 to Pacifica for some steamed clams for lunch. Any body know a good place in pacifica?

Went on another drive today!
Unfortunately I earned my first pebble/something impact on the windshield: https://imgur.com/a/vLcBs I think in comparison to last week, the road was definitely drier today but there was a ton of debris. Lots of tree stuff lying around (small branches/shrubbery) and dirt in areas (looked like a couple potential rock slides to the sides of the roads). Sure one of those two things caused the windshield impact. Le sigh. Decided to try 9 to 35 this time since I'd never done those roads before, and then on to Alice's to 84, and then to Pescadero via Pescadero Creek Rd. Had a great time. Getting to Alice's by about 8:15am and leaving by 8:30AM seems to nearly guarantee an empty 84/Pescadero Creek Rd. both ways, which makes it even more enjoyable.
