The biggest difference I noted was the absence of the torque dip when I added the header. It got even better once I got a new tune. The noise on the other hand, was was too much for my liking. I've since replaced the SRT catback with a P&L.

This was my first exhaust I had back in 2012, it was crazy with the stock header.

MAYBE you could get away with JDL catted UEL or FT86SF catted.

@shaynek had it with his header, maybe he could share some thoughts on the sound level.

I hate the butt dyno posts. Bullshit. He's not feeling butt dyno effect, he's feeling a real increase of power, but with a tune he'll feel more. When you go catless you will get an increase of about 5% power output from your engine. But that's it. And yes, anyone will feel 10 HP. Once he gets a tune he'll double that extra power.

Based on over 250 dyno runs that we conducted, we found that the ECU seems to only allow performance gains on the order of about 5.0 percent. Adding the additional components to allow more additional power production with the factory-programmed ECU still only delivers that 5.0 percent gain.

No, I don't. It just annoys me that all the time when people on this forum make changes to their car (myself included) and actually feel the change, the butt dyno crowd crawls out from their holes and says that there's no way you can feel anything different.

Perfect example is if you make some weight changes in your car and shed 100 lbs, you will get a litany of dumb asses saying you'll never notice 100 lbs difference. That'd be a better power:weight ratio by over 3%. Yet these would be the same people to say they notice the difference in engine output of 90 F and 60 F.... a temp difference which will net an extra of 3% engine output or about 6 HP. Which is less than the 5% extra engine output this engine will put out untuned with hardware changes (like going catless). You're limited by that 5% with the default engine tune, but you can squeeze that out. To get more from that exhaust you need a tune.

So if anyone says you can't possible feel +10 HP (5% of 200 HP), ask them if they notice that their engine feels better in cooler weather.....
