What you might considering doing, is changing the oil in the transmission to some aftermarket oil. That may quiet it down.

The key is that it only makes that noise when it's cold. Normal.

in the first and second is noisy compared to the other gears, but after 5/6 miles the noise does not do more, in the gearbox i have motul gear 300 (75w90)

I've already put the gear 300, bought on the internet, more now I'm afraid it's fake, in america that was used ??

Yes, Motul gear 300 SAE 75W90 is a popular transmission oil for the FR-S/BRZ manual transmission.

Oh, your transmission is fine. They are noisy when cold.
