Thanks for helping me yesterday with my license issue! Everything was situated and I was able to finish up the install and flash the ECU. It makes a hell of a difference, and I am glad I spent the money! I sent CSG my logs, so hopefully you guys get them soon! I also wanted to see about adding LC and FFS, or any other options from RaceROM that I could benefit from. Thank you guys for an amazing tune!

It's been awhile, but we've got some new tune updates for everybody running our naturally aspirated tunes! As usual, these updates are $65 to update to for current customers running older revisions.

Current versions and their respective improvements are as follows:

NA Stage 1 - V7.00

- Improved power output, especially top end.
- Closed loop fuel control under high load conditions.
- Smoother drivability in low rpm, low load areas.
- Improved throttle control.
- Available soft rev limiter.

NA Stage 2 - V7.50

- Improved power output across the board, but especially top end.
- Closed Loop fuel control under high load conditions.
- Smoother drivability in low rpm, low load areas.
- Improved throttle control.
- Available soft rev limiter.

Ace Header Specific - V8.00

- Improved power output across the board, but especially top end.
- Closed Loop fuel control under high load conditions.
- Smoother drivability in low rpm, low load areas.
- Improved throttle control.
- Available soft rev limiter.

Additionally, ALL tunes have now been updated to the most current RaceROM patches to support the new EcuTek ECU Connect Bluetooth features.

Some ROM versions will also offer a bump in fuel economy, depending on your current tune version. Email me directly at sales@delicioustuning.com for more details.

Hi, i have a 2013 brz with uel header i had tuned about 6 months ago via ecutek and delicious tune from a local tuner. He had the cable to add tune so all i did was pay for license. I went back 3 times within a month for revisions. I asked if there were new revisions since the several months ago i got the final one and the tuner said there wasn't and it's nothing to really worry about. I look through this thread and see that there seems to be few new updates for the stage 2 tune. Should I stress to my tuner about how there are new updated "tunes" or if i decide to get a new tuner would i have to pay for another license? Should i be paying for those updates or should it be free from current tuner?

If your tune is so fresh then why worry about updates... if your car is driving well and there are no issues, there is nothing to worry about.

I've been on a delicious headers + FF tune for over 2 years now without revisions and it's been perfect.

ECUtek license is locked to the ECU of the car. You will not need to pay for it a second time on the same car. I would recommend to buy a laptop and the ECUtek cable/dongle so that you can upload the tune yourself.

If your local tuner only uploaded the tune to your car and did not tune it then it wont matter to him/her if there is an update or not. It would be up to you to know if there is/was an update. All the updates for the Delicious tunes cost an additional fee.

It seems to be driving well, i just wonder how much better the car would run off later updates.

cool thanks, do you keep your tunes updated and if so do you notice significant results?

I do keep them updated as I autox/track my car. I find it worth it as autox can be won or lost by .001s. Every tune gets smoother and smoother. They might get a little more power up top each tune but its negligible, however some of the updates provided a noticeable bump in mid range power.

We have folks transfer over from OFT to us via EcuTek every week! Granted, whether they want to pipe up here is entirely up to them. :-)

What you get from updating is really going to depend on the update, as every time we find a new improvement it's usually somewhere new!

It's best to check on this thread or ask us directly about whether you are eligible/due for an update. Our dealer network would be hard pressed to keep up with every update we release, though we do try to keep them in the loop as much as possible.

But imho also worth making some interface on website, where one might select version of tune he has and get combined changelog between that & most current tune version available. Imho that would ease your job answering on cutting down individual inquiries numbers, and ease decision of when cumulative changes are big enough to warrant purchasing upgrade.

That it may, but we've got much bigger fish to fry with regards to improving the website. :-)
