I'm just really sad that's what she has to deal with day after day. She has told me before about being hit on at school day after day and I replied with "haha that sucks", mostly because she had nothing to back it up with. After seeing her direct messages, I just wish I could do something to mitigate that from happening.

I guess it's a combination of just never being abrasive to girls (thanks dad!), and having a penis that I've never actually considered that even being a thing.

There is also always the option of not posting pictures on Instagram.

May not be fair but it is easy to understand why guys may feel comfortable doing such things to the girls on there even if not provocative.

Welp, the week is almost over, it's about midnight. TGIF has taken on a new meaning.

All three of the granddaughters have been here since noon (half day of school today).

That gave our daughter and son in law a chance to go out to eat and take in a movie.

Big difference from BC (Before Children). Back-in-the-day, Friday night usually meant getting together with the neighbors, getting drunk, going home and getting more drunk, having unbridled sex all throughout the house for hours, passing out in bed, covered with bodily fluids, waking up late morning, with a horrendous hangover, mix up and drink a pitcher of bloody Marys, eat a bunch of bacon & eggs .........then take a long nap.

Yep, the good old days ..........

Hmm, so basically, if you heard about a girl who went out for drinks, who subsequently gets grabbed up on by a guy without consent, you'd say you'd understand the plight of the male not being able to resist because on the internet, you can see naked women?

No that is not what I said. I was speaking specifically of Instagram. More along the line of hanging out at a bar known to be a pick up joint and then complaining that people try to pick you up. I also did not say that I condoned it in any manner but this is the reality of life no matter how much it sucks.

But it shouldn't be expected. Its a social media platform. That doesn't mean a conservatively dressed girl should expect harrassing messages just because there are other girls who are scantily clad.

Your argument is effectively saying she's asking for it by having an Instagram account.
