Seriously, I have ZERO clue how your engine is being built. You need to ask your tuner and/or engine builder to advise you.

Do you want to be knock limited or at MBT?

Garbage in, garbage out. Without knowing everything, I cannot make a recommendation for you.

Generically then, not specifically, "can forged internals in our built motors handle 300 WHP reliably without lowering compression ratio?"

You can do that on a stock motor all day, and you don't need "max boost" to do that.

He's in Canada so I'm sure he's referring to PetroCanada Ultra94. I've seen several reports that it tests similar to American 92-93.

C30, HBP, Ace header, and a 92 octane tune will do 300whp on a stock engine, so if that 94 is similar, then it's well within range!

Bypass valve update. Today I had to replace that valve again. I had the warranty part fail today while I was on track. Thankfully I was able to source a replacement after a 115 mile round trip. Theres either something faulty in the material or design OR Im installing it wrong but I dont think its a faulty install as it follows the same routing and positionin the manual.
Whats up with that?

I can snap a pic of the bypass valve but Im not sure it would help. Looks just fine but the inner diaphram is broke.

There is no diaphragm in my replacement valve. It is full metal. See the recent discussion a couple weeks ago in this thread.

It's nice to know a stock motor can handle 300whp reliably.

My C30 has suddenly got REALLY loud at idle. This means it's defective? I have an email to tech@jacksonracing, waiting for a response.

Quite possible.

Got a video?

Alternatively, release the tension on your belt, and try turning the SC pulley by hand. It should turn readily. (Just push the tensioner down, and slide the belt off to release tension; leave everything else in place.)

Yeah, but what about the transmission? I thought that was this platform's weak link?
