My FR-S still has its original battery. it is 1940 days old. (5Y 3M 22D)

I hooked it to a charger, because it wouldn't start this morning...

Guess I'll be getting a new better battery soon!

Got her a big sister:

2002 4Runner Sport Edition. 256k miles but clean, rust free PNW car with a straight body and runs great. There's a few things that need sorting out but should be a fun project.

I have just noticed it over the last couple days. I am not looking for any major difference with it, it is just a compliment to the Gruppe-S UEL's, intake, LWCP, and stage 2 tune I am installing in the next week or so. The OP/FP just came in before everything else, so I figured I would get it knocked out...I actually had my kids do most of the work.

The primary spot I keep noticing it is when I am cruising in 6th gear (I drive 200mi a day, 80% with CC @ 70MPH) and go to pass someone, it is snappier to the point that I think "crap, how long have I had it in 5th?" then I go to upshift and realize I am already in 6th.

I went for a little drive under the rain with a friend but I just noticed this about the passenger side door when I opened it for her , that there is a squeaking noise coming from the end of the door and not the hinges

Also note that I always spray my hinges every oil change

Only happens on the passenger side and when the door is opened all the way to the end

Drove my FRS to a graveyard for Halloween.

There were 5 totaled FRS/BRZ at the yard and I was doing a bit of grave digging. Still amazed at how well the passenger compartment holds up on these cars in a serious accident! Did not score any bargains today though.
