Looking to pick up a fanatec csl elite and clubsport pedals + shifter. Anyone use fanatec stuff before? Looks pretty badass but not sure its worth the dough.
Wheel + base:

Pedals:

The pedals have god damned vibration motors to give you the sensation of losing grip.

I bought my dad a full fanatec setup and he was beyond happy with it. Their stuff is legit and definitely worth the premium price.

Awesome. I've been holding off on buying a legit setup but I find myself exclusively playing sim racers recently. Want to build an actual rig because I use a corner desk. NO IDEA why companies don't have a good mounting solution for wheels on them.

I'll definitely list it online. But, I'll try BB first. I know they take games but only pennies on the dollar compared to Game Stop. When I called GS today, they don't give credit or cash for steering wheels.

I'll try the crosshair convertor again this evening or possibly the solution listed on this topic.

Check this out: http://cronusmax.com/. apparently fools the ps4 into thinking the g27 is a g29.

Asetto corsa is a god tier simulator. Probably the most "realistic" out there as far as car physics go

Should make for a fun afternoon tomorrow assuming that BB does actually get the steering wheel at a reasonable time for me to scoop up.

Thanks everyone!
Here is the converter I picked up almost a year ago when I pre-ordered GTS.

I'll try again this evening. Otherwise...

Let me start of by saying I'm a huge fan of the series ever since GT1.

I was so excited for GT7 (GT Sport)....however I thought this GT Sport would be bad after hearing the removal of the Campaign mode and most of the game being online.

However after playing the demo I loved it.

I picked it up yesterday on launch day and am very happy with the new way the series is being approached. There is also a lot of do offline and the "campaign" mode has a lot to do.

They also mentioned that they will add more events to the "campaign" mission modes.

One side note....pretty lame how my PS3 Logitech wheel won't work so I'm just going to play with the controller. I don't want to spend anymore money on wheels....I already bought the PS2 Logitech wheel back in the day......than Logitech PS3 wheel....not throwing more money on a wheel which probably won't work on future consoles either.

Looks like I need to download the latest manager and update the device. Their website shows that they now have a PS4 preset for GT Sport. Keeping my fingers crossed. I'll report back...

I've been playing this and I noticed something wierd I can't figure out. With all TC and driver aids off when I'm driving the 86 or the mx5 I get some wierd behavior shifting from 1st to 2nd. Like if I take 1st to redline the shift to 2nd the game doesn't acknowledge my throttle input until the rpms drop to like 3k. Then it acts fine in every other gear shift after that.

I'm using a g29 and paddle shifting.

Anyone else notice this or know why they made the game act this way?
