I can't say for sure... I mean it is remotely possible that the one guy I saw sitting by himself was actually just a totally negligent parent that had lost their child and was just not interested in finding them...

40-45. At least you know what you're getting. 1-100 avg is 50 I suppose but you better have good armor in case you get a bad streak.

If you can take the sustained damage and its not all supposed to be one/two shots, the average will be higher on 1-100... But less predictable by far. If everything takes a while, gambling in the higher peak knowing sometimes it'll just take forever might be OK.

I only have theoretical context, but game RNG always seems to round down.. And not in my favor. I'd be taking 40-45.

I'd take the 1-100 because I like to gamble and possibly 1 shot the little starting dudes...

And then I'll bitch about it later because I'm always swinging 1s
