Unfortunately it snuck up on me, it's this Sunday so I won't be able to make it...

Does BAM actually cater to the BRZ crowd at all? Do they smokescreen you out with vape clouds if you try and show up in an FRS?

I don't go on I-club anymore to know what it is like now a days

Went last year, there was a few FRS/BRZ, maybe 6-8, honestly it was just a car meet with food and a huge raffle. I didn't do anything but walk around and enjoy the WRX's and STi's and the vendors.

That's a lot of stock tail lights! @BigFatFlip

From one of the early meets back in July 2012, before I had my car!

Went last year and had a blast. Stuck around for a few hours until late afternoon (not really much to do). Probably going to try again this year and try to hang out until dark to see the madness, this time more prepared w/ an EZ up, bikes, activities for the kid, etc.

Went around 2013/2014 along with a couple of FRS to catch up with old I-club friends and got the "hey that's not a REAL Subaru" from the younger members. I had to have one of the FRSs pop their hood and point out every single Subaru mark and stamping to make my point lol.

Lol, was this the drive that ended at Alice's for breakfast? I actually organized that and got SF Scion/Toyota to sponsor that breakfast lol. Good times indeed.

Yeah, I just randomly found that thread when I was searching for other things on the forum. Very cool that you organized that one, and it must've been extra exciting because the cars were so new.

In other news, check this out:

It's like how it feels in my head every time I take my car out on Mines.

@Kaotic Lazagna are you running this in your transmission and diff? Trying to think about what to use for my 30k.

fwiw I've run Motul 300 and Redline and neither have been a significant improvement over stock, going to put Pentosin in at 90k and if that doesn't do anything different I'll be going to Motul for the simplicity of buying enough for both transmission and diff and being able to beat on it worry free.

I did 5 track days (one day it did dual duty so really 6 track days) on the 300 and it was working flawlessly after 30k miles. Only have 3k miles on the Redline but I can't tell the difference.

I'd worry more about changing the diff oil than the transmission oil, that stuff comes out dirty.
