Given the fact at Nash's stage, he needs to stay healthy and become the leader on the court. And I don't see that being a problem, except Kobe might still want to be Kobe and try to take center stage again.. And eventually Nash's age is going to show up too.

That is one of Nash's weak spots, I think he'll be great. They'll have a nice experienced PG again that can actually distribute the ball well and set up the players right.
