Most Alpha guys like the "poor guy Ferrari" thing because they then have an excuse for the poor workmanship/quality, "Hey, but it's Italian" and handles great! I think the true Alpha guys will be dissatisfied but new people interested in the marque will blossom. I think the old school types will be detractors because it is rolling off the wrong factory floor.

I dont do convertables but drop a hard top on that and my future purchase may very well be interesting.

Awesome! I had heard rumors about this, but hadn't seen any concepts yet. This is definitely a winning combination.

Nah, I think someone thought there was actually an "r" in there...
There are always people who think it's "Alpha Romeo" or "Alfa Romero" or "Alpha Romero", and it is my job to bust on them

Anyway, this Miata Alfa Romeo should be pretty damn sweet! But overpriced

I think I like this rendition of the 2014 Miata:

If they did something like this I would consider it. It'd be nice to see Mazda get away from that damn sh** eating grin look they all have.

It just doesn't look like a Miata to me. Looks like something else. And I'm really not fond of that grille. Better than the smile, sure, but still not attractive imo.
