Changing the locks out immediately then, I guess? Is that even an option?

Our last move they tried to shift closing another month at the last minute. Nope. Would have had to go redo loans and they balked at the fact we'd no longer be guaranteed the loan till 4 days before their delayed move out, with the possibility it might not happen left clearly on the table... Even though it would have been unlikely at most. They were given the option to rent and cover all costs we incurred for the delay...

I hate moving.

You never will be. My beloved old Phase Linear components and Infinity speakers sit unused on a shelf in the basement. *sigh*

On the plus side, I'm getting old enough to not really care anymore.

I have my corner set up, so I'm happy. Just need to pick up my not obnoxious keyboard from my parent's place and I'm settled in. I'm glad she at least gave me the go ahead for having an entire corner to myself.

Changing the locks is an option. Landlord is a really nice guy and I think he'd be willing to accommodate that request.
