How to test fuel pressure?

I'm having some issues with my tune and I'm trying to run through some diagnostics. I've ruled out pretty much everything I can but I need to check my fuel pressure (not the high pressure rail, I know there's a sensor for that already). Does anyone sell a part to tap into the fuel line to add a sensor? I've looked at the portions of the shop manual posted online but they don't really seem to include diagnostic techniques (which would usually call-out any special tools the dealer has access to).

If there isn't a ready-made solution can someone provide the fuel line connector specifications so I can piece together a system from fittings, T-s and adapters?

I think you have the right idea with cobbling together your own stuff. That's pretty much how the manual specifies.

I use a @DeliciousTuning MK1+ FF kit, which has an in-line fuel pressure sensor for monitoring pressure from the in-tank pump to the port injectors.

Yeah, that works too but you need the flex fuel kit as well. Clearly, a great solution for people who want to run flex fuel. I can't get E85 near me so that system would be major overkill just to monitor fuel pressure. My solution used a $45 adapter, $20 sensor, $10 microcontroller and a $20 LCD. I will probably ditch the microcontroller and LCD and just datalog the voltage directly through the rear O2 port but on short notice it was easier for me to just cobble together my DIY setup.
