So, fixing a car after an accident is part of "maintenance".......? If so, mine was expensive to maintain too.

Seriously though, that is not car maintenance, that is ego maintenance.

The bigger concern is that the COG is so high a good sized order of ribs will make it tip over. Not really sure how that is possible when considering the build materials but I have seen it happen thousands of times.

Well, a brontosaurus has 10 ribs per side, so this is a half rack of full ribs based on the curve of them. How much would a half rack of ribs from a 15 ton animal weigh?

Well, based on some quick googling of the average weight of a order of a rack of ribs (6lbs for the baby back and spare ribs combined) and the average weight of slaughtered pig recently (206lbs) that is about 2.9% of the body weight.

So, if you have 30,000lb animal using that ratio a half rack of full ribs would weigh 4,350 lbs.

The real question is how does the waitress carry them to the car, but that one is easy. Bam Bam is adopted, and the waitress must be his natural mother.

Well that would be a plausible explanation if it was just the one waitress but there are clearly several that do it (including both Betty and Wilma at one point).

It is indeed but we have already established that ribs are a staple of the drive in so they would need to be capable of lifting them. The other waitresses are clear different people.
I guess another explanation is that The Great Gazoo was using a device to assist the waitress while she was carrying them. Doesn't seem to be his style though.

Hadn't considered the Gazoo angle, but as you say it is against his nature to be that helpful.

I guess the only other option is that in the Flintstone Universe women are stupid strong.
