If you have to ask, these aren't the droids youre looking for.

Fuelly.com
Look for car with ls1 engine.
Look for car weight/aero/gearing/mpg.
Compare to current car.
Do maths.
Success.

i would assume since the corvette is rated above 25 mpg (up to 29 mpg) a swap could mean more mpg. also if you have a ls motor that can go into 4 cylinder mode. then you could be looking at almost 40 mpgs i would imagine

Depends on rear gearing and what fuel mapping you are using.

For reference, the LS6 in c5z06 car returns 31 mpg highway, 18 mpg city (50/50) that I drive with a very few jaunts to redline (I am old, there is no point unless I am racing).

If you are above 5k all the time, expect 7mpg numbers and a car that needs a lot more cooling.

If you are running less/lighter tires and less/lighter car, I would expect improvements below 80mph.

You currently have too many variables in your question to give anything more than a CYA-type/high level estimate answer.

Quite honestly, the "fuelly.com" answer was a stroke of genius. If you can't take the time to look that up, I am not sure you are serious enough about your initial question.
