Out of all the burger joints, I can only stomach In N Out and Habit. I can only do In N Out once a month tho. It tastes good, but I get tired of it quickly.

Habit burgers are definitely pretty good. I don't like their BBQ sauce though because it tastes super generic/sugary, and their fries are always way too salty.

I only get the teri-char or the tritip. Never had their fries (I don't like fries), but I get their green bean tempura.

In n Out is my favorite for fast food especially if I'm traveling they seem to be everywhere. But I would rather have a nice juicy burger properly done since fast food is always hit or miss depending on location. I usually cook up my own but if I feel lazy I head to a local joint.

I think most people would rather go somewhere local that's higher quality or grill their own if that's an option. |

Yeah ever since the first time I tried their fries I didn't really care for them but now I always get the green bean tempura. Also, one time I made the near fatal mistake of ordering a triple char. No it's not on their menu, but they know what it is when you order it. This was before I realized that their burger patties are larger than the ones at in n out. ![]() Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I might be weird but I kind of think of fast food burgers in tiers. I think Shake Shack is best compared with Super Duper Burgers. In n out is better compared with five guys and habit. Etc. I'd totally get Super Duper and even Shake Shack over In n Out, but Super Duper is overly expensive and doesn't have as many locations, and Shake Shack isn't even in the Bay Area

![]() I don't necessarily agree with their rankings, but it's based on popular votes, and covers the major chains of burgers in the US. I'd say roughly the tiers I think of are broken up by 5 to a tier, and you can see that McD's and BK would be in the bottom tier. And the ones up at the top are at a totally different level and price point. Some of the ones you guys named are not big enough chains to make it on this list, and I would kind of consider them not fast food -- more like specialty places that make burgers on demand.
