If I have a puncture wound (sustained from trying to catch a screwdriver a coworker tossed to me), that is fairly deep and I can see white stuff inside of it and the wound was given by a rusty screwdriver, is it worth going to the hospital, or do I already have tetanus and I will just have to live with lock jaw forever?

Tetanus shots are rather uncomfortable, but good for about 10 years! It is not too late...
