2017 toyota 86 blackhousing?

I wanted to know if anyone has done it to there car and if yes post a pic and tell us how you've done it. I know how to do blackhousing but with modern cars some headlights are "permasealed" and i just wonder how to do those and if the 86 are like that. Thanks

Yes, its been done many times if you search you will find, thought not specifically to the new 2017 BRZ/86. A lot of people have done it for the previous models.

Been done many time... on a frs! Not a 86. I think they are totally different as the 86 only use leds. I k iw blackhousing on a frs is no big deal but i was wondering if you xould put the 86 headlights the same time in the oven because they use a lot more electronics

Hmm, i would think it would work for the 86 as well. I know people did this for the BRZ too and the BRZ headlight has HID and the LED strip around it and it has worked out just fine.

Yeah use a heat gun, not the oven. The projector lens is very sensitive to heat.
