Passed emissions w/ OFH + stage 2 OFH tune

Not much else to say. I was a little surprised I passed. Not sure how states differ but I’m in Missouri.

Im just curious, has anyone’s else tried this?

It's just Missouri ......

As long as raw gas and unburnt oil aren't spitting out of the tail pipe(s) ..... you're good to go ......

Depends on where you are. I passed in MA with a catless ELH, Open flash stage 2 tune, and an MXP SP catback.

Yes, this is what people need to realize when talking about emissions. Sometimes its not even consistent within a state.

Example, Ohio is known for no emissions...Except for the county I live in...

Still passed with the openflash catless headers and stage 2 tune.

So pretty much if you pass the "readiness checks" your good? I know they have a visual also but still compared to CA....

Check this - https://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/obdprog/obdfaq.htm

"Even though new vehicles sold in California are the cleanest in the world,..."

LOL

Basically as long as you're not throwing a CEL you're good. There has been a debate about readiness checks, but I have passed with no cats and the rear 02 turned completely off. CA sucks for enthusiasts though, that has been an established fact. I know Missouri has some kind of safety inspection but Illinois and Arizona didn't have any kind of visual.

Yeah, my cousin lives in AZ, big guns, and loud cars, but he drives a stang so I am just waiting for an FB post about him hitting a wall, a parked car, or anything else a Mustang owner wants to plow into.

I think its about an even race with people wrecking twins percentage wise..... Mustangs just have more numbers.

At least from the forum postings, lol. Please don't get in to semantics anyone. It was said jokingly, I doubt anyone has real numerical facts.

Hmmmm Wonder why California would have stricter controls than Arizona?

Can you pull that map up for Chicago....because they have the same OBD II test that passes almost anything.

California has a different emissions set up than every other state. Some of our cars here have extra emissions stuff added on just to be sold in California.
