I was already amped up after seeing the clips of the practice runs. People left, right, front and back are getting pushed around and heading straight into wall, spinning out, losing car parts or the car its self. I sort of like how no one respects each other during the races when someone has a clear clean line, but instead of letting the driver take that line they end up getting bumped, push, or smashed into the wall. And damn my boy Pastrana gets taken out on his first run on the first turn. Now that was some B.S right there! And I gotta give it to that SAAB and Centreon cars since they stood out the most to me imo as one of the best cars to go around the track. The only annoying part of from the races were the false starts and some of the crashes and the closed bridge gap (I know b/c of safety precautions), with all that being said it just goes to show the competitiveness of these drivers.
Can't wait to next years rally.

I enjoyed the hell out of it also despite the false starts and safety procedures. Pastrana was mad pissed. Don't see that very often. Also, Block retaining second with just 3 wheels. I need to watch more rally like I used to because it was fun. I hope next year it's 8-10 laps.

That what I saying, they should have had 10 laps for the final. And you can't blame Pastrana getting all pissed off after getting slammed behind into a wall on his first run and from what the reporters are saying he's had similar problems no finishing races so all that anguish built up finally came out.
Also that bump into the wall actually reminded me as if I were playing an arcade racing game and that's what I'd do to the computer or person ahead of me and send them to the wall... SMH. They were all pretty much like little kids in 550-600 hp bumper cars, without the bumpers, just trying to win some gold.
And yeah I thought was pretty sick that Block just had three wheels to work with. I thought his front left tire was going to out as well from the damage after his (hmm) 4th or 5th lap in the final.
And when they say that X-Games Rally really took over the streets of LA, I thought they were pretty much just in the parking lot. But after Pastrana hit the wall and moved the barrier out a bit you could see the traffic on the other side driving by. Imagine driving and a barrier or a rally car comes out of no where into you're direction while driving.
Man that was some good stuff.

As I was tuned in from the Euro meltdown, , I didn't know who was driving which car, but could you tell the difference from the more elite drivers compared to the other drivers?
