Bringing up an old post, I know. But anyone have any new suggestions? Sadly, I'm in the same position and had my car broken into last night (passenger window smashed) and it has put Zoe out of commission. I got a quote from In & Out Auto Glass (they go through my insurance) in SF for $565 for an OEM replacement from the East Coast but am open to other ones if anyone knows any.

+1 for Safelite in San Jose on Stevens Creek Blvd.
Had mine replaced a few years back and it's I've no issues. Free for a 3rd party window but I opted for an OEM replacement and cost $75 but that's with AAA. I'm pretty sure your out-of-pocket expense will come down to your insurer and level of insurance.
