Washed it, vacuumed it and admired the STI starter button that guillaume sold me.

Washed the exterior today. Last time I noticed I didn't wash the rims well and I took extra time to get them perfect. When I finished drying the car I stood there admiring it and realized I didn't wash the tires... I need to buy a tire scrub.

They are grid-v. The step lip makes the wheels look tiny.

I took it easy on the commute and got 40 mpg! It's pretty much a straight 20-mile shot through mainly rural area and a couple of small towns. But I am super impressed.

Impressive indeed. Best I can get (highway cruising) is 36mpg...that is of course, with all my mods and tune.

You guys are lucky. The shorter gearing, 18" wheels and grippy tires, a catback, not to mention a heavy foot, put my consumption at like 25 mpg. I think the official figure for the '17 is 28 mpg
