By the way, I also have the DD Always On module, and sure enough it's always on. But, the boomerangs seem weak to me, like 50% or so. Is it just that daylight makes them so, and they seem brighter at night, or what? I know the SUVs bearing down on me at night with their Halloween jack-o-lantern LEDs sure look much brighter than mine.

Parts arrived and I finished up my head unit install! Really pleased with how it turned out.

- USB port mounted in the center console under my armrest for Android Auto.
- Got the old mic removed (had to cut it out :/ - Subaru ziptied it like crazy to the side airbag wiring harness in the pillar).
- Ran the wire and permanently mounted the new microphone.
- Foam taped all the wires, connectors, and HU bezel surround to kill rattles.

Sprayed with almost a whole bottle of Simple Green Motorsport, let it sit for 5-10 mins, then sprayed off with a hose. Used a rag on 1 or 2 spots but for the most part Simple Green did all the work.

damn thats a lot of miles aha any major issues with all the driving? im from canada too and just hit over 80,000 km and wanna get an idea what to expect for maintenance and issues down the road aha

Is it good to just spray engine degreaser all over and just let it sit? I thought this was more for cleaning individual parts. U are brave sir!

I watched a few videos and reviews. Its a gentile cleaner. I rinsed well, let it dry well and then took it for a drive for a final dry.
