That was not wreckless driving. The video clearly shows a wreck.
Wrecks are sometimes caused by driving recklessly.

Not a popular opinion I know but I hope the biker doesn't get caught. The sedan deserves all the blame since he sucks at driving and showed that by trying to kill the biker with his car.

Too many retarded asshole motorcyclists in NYC.. makes it hard for me to side with the motorcyclist at all, especially after he decided to drive up next to the sedan and kick it.
Not saying the sedan driver was right, but meh, I hope the biker gets caught too and they both face whatever charges are determined to be warranted. |
