Would also consider the JDL catted header with UQFP but it looks like the best canned tunes are for catless. I can't imagine these high flow cats causing a big difference in flow. Correct if im wrong and there are good OFT tunes out there for catted.

Thoughts on Exhaust

I'm not an employee of CSG or anything, but they have what seems to be a comprehensive package for what you're doing, which is what I'm planning to do at some point sooner than later. It also includes a tune for either pump gas or E85 and is supposed to be a quieter set up if you add a Berk Hi flow overpipe instead of the ACE overpipe. Might want to give them a call.

Overpipes do nothing for sound suppression.

The Berk front pipe is about 4 or 5db louder than the stock front pipe when tested with a factory catback.

Yeah i wanted to tone down the volume a tad. ALso imo the stock fp sounds the best in terms of tone shaping for your exhaust

Yup, mixed that up, sorry about that. I'm choosing a catted FP/OP for exhaust gas smell. Their MXP Touring86 exhaust is the sound suppressor. But I'm in the same boat as the OP- not hearing a set-up in person requires a big leap of faith. Personally I've never felt like the videos are much help. I had 3 exhausts on my STI before I traded it
