Had a comedy of errors happen to me recently being;

1. Bought a laptop battery off eBay
2. Battery arrived, not brand new as advertised so sent it back
3. eBay seller did not respond
4. Raised eBay case, they took 3 weeks to respond which differed from their 48hr response gaurantee
5. eBay sent $50 to cover postage, then another $20 as they stuffed up and and raised 2 cases
6. Postal service lost item, game me $65 to compensate
7. Ended up making $50 on the transaction!

Good times...

I wonder if I should give up on the car altogether. No insurance premium, no consumables cost, fewer tenuous connections with effing twats because we drive the same thing...

Though the few times I need to go to the store I'd have to borrow a car...

I love cars but they are the biggest scam ever. You pay sales tax to buy it (on money you already paid income tax on), property tax to keep it, interest on the loan, insurance to drive it, gas (and sales tax on the gas and in the price of gas itself), title and registration fees, drivers license fees, parking fees, tolls, and after all this it DEprecaties in value. Plus maintenance... and if you try to have some fun with it you get a ticket. All this for the "freedom" to move around the surface of the planet.

Most of what I write is so small it takes seconds but I started writing Android apps to test on my phone and now there is all this other stuff... I mean it's convienyant because it's already written but it can get big fast.
