Driving: in full sun light today and could see the dig speedo... I never once looked at the ang to find my speed only did it to see how annoying it was.

My brother had a drive told him to look at it, said that shits crazy how does this meet adr. Told him the guys with the gt are trying to get it chagned. He said damn hopr they change it soon.

After 1400kms of mostly winding roads, yesterday was grooming day for the hachiroku. For that, I called upon Frank from Bright Shine Mobile to Opti-Guard her. Here are some action shots...

I'll also look to upload some glamour shots eventually, but in the meantime, this is the picture that pretty much sums up the ownership experience so far...

Wow this car gets sexier in every photo I see! Can not wait to get my GTS!

Just 200km to go until the break-in period is done LFB! I'm looking forward to your reviews when you can really let the engine go! Keep us updated!

Another question for you, one thing that struck me as annoying, was that the centre console doesn't have a lid on it (I'm a huge fan of using that as a left elbow rest) how do you notice the comfort/position of your left arm? Is it annoying not having something to rest it on?

Yeah, it's a good question. Look, I'd have to say a qualified no right now. But then, most of the time I'm about the "20k of winding road" 9 and 3 position rather than the "are we there yet" hands-behind-the-head position. Two related things worth mentioning:
1. There's a pretty "extra padded" comfy elbow spot on the right.
2. I've heard talk of a "tin/lid/arm rest" bolt-on for the centre for the North American market, at least.

And just before I go, a little something for any ladies who may be in the audience...
When my lady first test drove the 86 I looked over at her and that's when I knew I would buy it. She looked so honestly at home and confident. And here's some of her own quick comments:
"Being a petite lady I was worried that being low I would struggle with visibility. Definitely not the case. I felt in control and the steering felt light and responsive. Also if you are a passenger there is plenty of handbag room in your leg space "
