BC Racing BR Series

Hey guys, wanted to ask if any of you all had experience with these coilovers.

http://www.ft86speedfactory.com/bc-r...l#.WUDLE-m1uUk

How low do the regulars go? In what cases would I get the extreme low version instead?

I'm not trying to get super slammed or anything, maybe 1.5-2 inches lower than stock height.

Let me know, thanks.

2 inches IS, maybe not exactly "super", but slammed above reasonable anyway, at which point one certainly has to make sacrifices for sake of looks. Less comfort/worse handling/less practicality/higher spendings. Given limited stock shock travel moderate lowering that may make sense is within 1". Also take note, that if going lower then that more then advisable to also install diff riser, roll center correction kit and so on.
P.S.
Wasn't LA city with steep hill roads? I'm not sure it makes sense to lower car driven there.

I live in the suburbs, about an hour away from LA. My commute to work is pretty comfortable and mostly flat. If I ever go into the main city I take a different car.

If you only want to drop around 1.5 - 2 inches then the regular kit is fine. The Extreme Drop Kit option will be able to go about 2 more inches lower than the standard kit. It is meant for people that really want to slam their car (i.e. tuck tire). I can order these for you if interested!

I'm still trying to save up a bit more before placing an order, but when the time comes I'll definitely keep you in mind! I have been eyeballing your site every now and then for other parts and will be ordering some stuff in the near future.
