Very lucky I have parents who don't mind me living at home still, as long as I'm not a bum. Planned on moving out next year but that plan is derailed kinda.

Going FI this year?

It's been a crazy week for Zaku, He almost had a chance to own three cars and also a new condo. Alas, the third car was not to be, someone else bought it right from under Me, as I was making arrangements to go purchase it.

Oh well at least I have a new place to live and a garage for the BRZ

Still haven't signed the offer letter though, since I can't negotiate pay, I'm negotiating start date. Requesting to start first week of July, need some time to transition from nights to days.

(I'm also strongly leaning toward doing the west coast trip I planned back in 2015 but never got around to doing). Rough map, will do more planning once I get the confirmation of start date.

I might suggest you take along a co-pilot, to spell you from driving and share some expenses (like motel rooms) .......
