After telling enthusiasts its about "balance" and "driving experience", they hang a ricer wing on it? Waste of an sti badge.

But I'll bite. The last shot in the article pretty clearly peg them as MPSS's. The sidewall isn't heavily ridged like the Primacys, but smooth like the MPSS. The radial groove closest to the outside is straight and not wavy like the Primacys. Not to mention the wheels are the STI wheels, which the JDM version is larger diameter and wider (to clear the brakes) which wouldn't allow a stock Primacy to mount. USDM version of those wheels (Series.Blue) are original stock dimensions and won't clear the Brembos without spacers.
I believe that the PPs with the larger wheels to clear the Brembos still come with the normal primacy.

That said I have no clue what these ones are.

Guys if these are michelin 4s they are 18's otherwise they are pss. Mihelin has been very clear nothing under 18 for the 4s, and specifically state pss will remain in production for smaller sizes.

So while I can't say what size the rims are (maybe someone can) i believe it impossible it could be 17's and the new 4s.

I really hope it has some more power na with a higher redline but I just can't believe it, what motor would it be? If there was such a motor ready for production we would know about it.

Yes, but I was assuming they wouldn't buy another size in bulk and instead use the MPSS's as they already buy them for that specific size.

In their defense, the tS comes with a similar wing and it is functional. Tell any of the track guys that their wing is stupid and you'll likely get laughed at.

Ah, the wheels are different on the USDM cars with Brembos and they're only a half an inch wider than normal and they stretch the stock size Primacys to fit. Unless these STI wheels in the pictures are new (possible of course) the existing size and designs don't clear without being 18's or spaced out 17's (which we'd be able to tell I'd think).

That is one crazy ass looking van, also If I wanted that wing, I would have to put in on top of my current wing, because well more than one wing means more flying potential I'm guessing.

Hope it comes out to be something, dunno what it can be
