I'm Matt, and I bought a 2017 BRZ Limited with the Performance Package in WR Blue Pearl a few months ago. Nice to meet you all! I am absolutely in love with this car and I hope to make a lot of memories with it, which I will definitely be sharing with you guys if you're okay with it.

I'm currently conflicted with what modifications I want to make to the car in the future, because it's already really nice stock. I already purchased a new exhaust that should be coming in soon, but an uncatted header would make it ungodly loud (but that torque dip, though...). I did consider putting the car on coilovers to lower it as close to an inch as possible; preferably less because I get really nervous driving a lowered car to begin with. On top of that I've considered new, wider wheels but I'm having trouble picking a set that looks good as well as clears the Brembos. I don't really plan on doing any power upgrades anytime soon just because of warranty and I have fun with the car as it is...
Congrats On the Purchase Hope To See Some Pics!

Im sure you and your wife will enjoy the vehicle as most people do And congrats on the purchase

Here you go! This is one of the few pictures I've taken of it. This one was after I washed it and was leaving work.

Thanks, I absolutely love it, from the looks to the performance. Basically the only thing that's a little iffy with me is the torque dip but that can be changed when I want to.

Dude, of all the color options that the BRZ had, that red is definitely one of the most kickass colors. It's striking! Congrats!

Thanks man! Now just trying to figure out what wheel options we have to fit over the Brembo brakes!

Love it! My second favorite color

It's been awhile since I've driven a manual, and while I was a little concerned how I would do in traffic during my normal commute... it's super easy and, more importantly, fun!

This was my main concern as well, I have a ~30 minute commute to work in the mornings and a good 10 minutes or so is spent in very slow traffic. In the afternoon it takes anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour to get home and I spend anywhere from 10-20 minutes in stop and go traffic. All in all I gotta say, it made me get the hang of this real quick! I even have to take off in first gear on an incline every now and then. I feel great downshifting and rev matching too. Every time I have to drive it's like a little adventure lol.
