Or the aero kit and change to the TRD spoiler and hope the fixing positions are the same. Clearance an issue for me though as mentioned.
Cool yeah I just flicked him an email too with the same question :P

Say, what do these spoilers add in terms of performance?

I'm just glad I've ordered a black aero package car. The streets of Sydney will be swamped with TRD kitted Pegasus White cars with CRKai Kiwamis in black. I still haven't seen a second GTS in Storm Black from our dealership. Pegasus White is 50% of our order bank.

Choose what you want. Forget other opinions. Asking the opinions of people on an enthusiast website generally returns similar opinions. That's why they're on there after all.

Nothing. Some rear downforce/stability at very high speeds but that's arguable depending which design it is.

Aero provides more downforce without effecting CD...

There would be more benefit from the aero wing than the TRD, but there would be more benefit again in getting some coaching on track.

I'm assuming an aero wing is what you're after. First aero package cars don't arrive until the end of this month. Very limited numbers too.

Firefly, one of my mates had an idea about simply putting a twin exhaust tip onto the standard pipe so that it would "fill up" the TRD bumper.

I've emailed Nick and he said that would work. a simple weld job and has emailed me some examples and the exhaust layout with the weld positions required.

I'll try and PM you the email.

Couldn't work out how to paste the email into the PM for you so I've sent you a PM with my email address. If you email me I can forward you Nick's email.

Racing rules for Production Cars in Oz means it has to be one as sold by Toyota in Oz.. can't be a US or Jap version.. just the rules... I can go without but sponsors love the ad room on the wing flat and sides.. Problem here is they want 3k for the whole kit.. I just want the rear... these are the people that charged me $1950 for dealer delivery... No rego.. no warranty !!! I bet if I take out the 2013 championship they will want to help!!
Happy thoughts ....

Congrats Firefly.

See you Friday for a catch up and I can cry into my coffee over the fact you're getting yours a month earlier than me!
