Wrap rear garnish

Anyone wrap the rear trunk garnish in order to cover trunk holes from emblem? I don't want to buy a Toyota emblem, and I think it would be clean with no emblem.

It'll show the holes through the vinyl regardless. Unless you plug the holes with something, you're going to see little dots.

Wrap it twice. The holes will show way less or not at all. I made a laminated sticker that goes over mine. I can't see the holes.

What about if I use really thick vinyl? Or like carbon vinyl? Will that cover it up?

I have a laminated sticker (two layers) that covers the holes perfectly. Thicker vinyl should work the same.
