I think refueling would help a lot and engine/tranny limits a bit also but if they just slowed the cars to have them rely on mechanical grip vs. aero would be huge. People wouldnt even notice if the cars were slower if they were fighting eachother even half the race.

Unfortunately it seems there were still issues with the turbocharger in qualifying, but Alonso still managed to get 5th.
