P00011 code

Already been through the dreaded P00018 cam gear issue. Now I've had the P00011 code appear twice. Car still runs great and I was able to clear the code, but it's scary nonetheless. I'm having trouble figuring out what the code means. Can anyone help?

I have this issue also. It happens so sporadically that the dealer does not know what to do yet. The car drives fine though. The one thing I can think of is do you use a cheap wireless or USB OBDII adapter? I am thinking it looses its connection with the ECU and it might be causing the code. Someone else mentioned this to me.
