I hate you. I work all the days. Not hard work but it still takes up my time.

I know! You did not complain enough to be at work.

When are you headed up north? If soon you should get there right as mosquito and black fly season kicks off and that will truly suck (no pun intended).

8 May I'm off to Cochrane/Kapuskasing. I'm hoping it's dirty hot and insects won't be an issue. Only thing that bothers me are ticks. Other than that, just cake on bug spray and go on my merry way.

The black fly's around there are brutal for most of the month of May and well into June. Take several cans of spray and you may want to invest in a hat with a net. They are freshly hatched and they are hungry little buggers.

I often wonder, did Lewis and Clark have toilet paper? Just a random thought.

There, back on topic.

Always consider buying one of those big nets but have never gone through with it. To be honest I'm more worried about having to train two guys at once in the field. Not looking forward to that, but I guess it's a good excuse to take it nice and easy for the first week or so.

Had to google that. Never heard of these guys before,

But the two guys on the left there, they both look like they have itchy butts.

Hum, you already know that I entirely envy your day to day. The only thing I don't want is dealing with children. They kinda scared me. Ive never held a baby, and kind of plan to keep it that way.

Lewis and Clark Expedition 1804 - 1806

Toilet paper invented 1857 (and cost $12 a pack of 500 and it had splinters in it)
