Not many of us take her up on them, so we set them out in the hallway once the meeting is over. It's fun to walk down the hall a bit and then turn around to watch. As soon as enough time passes that they think you've turned the corner, 8 people walk to the box at the same time, which is promptly emptied and thrown away. No words, no gestures, just donut decimation.

Oh yes doughnuts are always fun.

The best is 5 pieces of left over pizza and 8 engineers showing up all at the same time.

So the wife and I go to Costco to look for a new BBQ
Walking down the aisle she suddenly yells "OH LOOK A SUBARU PRESSURE WASHER THE SAME COLOUR AS MY CAR"
I am now the proud owner of a light blue Subaru pressure washer.
Easiest new tool purchase ever.

There are some things my company does that require a P Eng to sign off on, mostly drawings and stuff. A couple department heads have let theirs lapse, because it doesn't make a difference in their day to day work.

By all means, go for it, but it may or may not be a requirement for your job, that's all
