Trying to think about how that would happen legitimately. Can't really say DNS poisoning since there are multiple images from i59.tinypic in the post, and I can't think of a reason why malware would hijack links to some random nude. Unless there was an iframe it could load code through, but that'd take more effort to find than I'm willing to set forth on it. Or the guy is just trolling, and needs better taste in porn.
