I also put in work in my own business as well when I am home....I am a freelance Photographer trying to move more into a business rather then freelance work.....I also do Graphic Design for Print and Photo Restoration .... sooo never a dull moment....

I think I'm going deaf or at least shitty hearing. :\

I've noticed the turn signals on my car aren't very loud. Even when I have the fan on medium/high ish for A/C it drowns out the signal noise, and of course when I have music on I can barely hear the signals.

Server crashes are sonotcool. Ba dun dun. Trollololol, sorry, couldn't resist.

At least you get paid OT. I work at least 90 hours every two weeks, but don't see any overtime. Shoot, I can work 12 hours a day and not see a single penny.

yeah, I like that it's not an obnoxious blinker tone. Just sometimes wish it'd be louder when I have music on and the windows down/air on.

But then that means I fucked up my hearing too, so.. Sometimes I go a ways before I realize it's still on lol.

hahaha.... obnoxious blinker tone... my old bronco sounded like someone tapping the dash, and then my last car the Jetta sounded like someone sitting there with a box of ink-pens clicking them all at once...

Eh... taxes, having to track your expenses, "feast or famine" when it comes to $/contracts/clients/jobs, the thought of being unemployed in an instant looming over my head everyday, no benefits (having to pay healthcare out of pocket) working really odd hours to the point where I'm at home but never see my family...I can go on and on...

IT does have it's perks: being on my own schedule, getting to go on drives in the middle of the week/day when its not busy, writing off "business" stuff like lunches, software and gadgets. But still, the cons far out weigh the pros me thinks. Time to hit the job market.
