Yes I get the fact that this is not a muscle car and it is an import that's not made for it. That does not change the fact I want to win and see the look on there face when the little 2.0L 4 cylinder just beat them. The reason I don't change cars to one made for it is simple. American cars dont handle like imports and this car looks great and fits me like a glove.

You bought the wrong car. You will be lucky to beat a Camry, let alone a v6 Camaro. Hell, even a stock Miata is going to pull on you.

Your Canadian so I don't mind the criticisms. When it comes to BSing online or with friends I do not care about grammar much. Only online do people become the grammar police.

That depends on if I want to drop 7k on a dam SC. If I can talk my father into doing my engine swap for me, I might be able to put a LS motor in it for the same price. I really don't want to bother my father though. He is enjoying his retirement and at 70 I don't know if we could do it ourselves.

Not a chance on that much weight savings. Your wheels weigh 19.4 pounds, and your tires (Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTZ, according to your pictures) weigh 29 pounds a piece. Adds up to 48.4 pounds, stock are 42 pounds for wheel plus tire.

You are correct. Maybe the difference is totally the temp of the air. I am not sure. Just telling you the numbers.

What part of Florida are you in? We have an event in the FT Myers area on the 6th and 7th. Gulfcoastautocrossers.com. $26 on saturday if you pre-register and we even offer a novice school for the first half of the day.

Once you drive at the limit, pedal-mashing in a straight line between lights will be about as exciting as a quilting contest...
