The Alfa ran it in 7:32. The 32nd fastest time for a production car and the fastest for a sedan/saloon ever. Also faster than Konigsegg's CCX & CCR, the LFA, and Gallardo.

Now cost...
The Panamera's MSRP is $147,950.
The Giuli QV's MSRP is $72,000.

Let that sink in.

Also, Alfa's (if you look into their history) have been some of the most beautiful and desirable cars ever made. The last 20 years have been a rough spot in their history. Still, this company has heritage and the ability to produce emotional cars that people desire and remember.

I don't disagree with you.... but expensive and value for money are 2 different things :-)

The Porsche is 'very expensive' and LFA, lambos etc are 'poes expensive'
(Google that lovely South African expression. Haha).

Reminds me of the Pontiac G8 / Holden Commodore from the side.

You don't need CF Seats or Carbon Brakes :P Then its more reasonable in comparison to a C63

UMMMMM still doesn't help. It is "more reasonable" than many performance sedans but that doesn't mean I want to fork out that much cash for one.

Definitely more resonable than mostly all performance sedans with out discounts that is. I hear you can get a M3 for a lot cheaper these days but at the end of the day your getting a Ferrari derived V6. Its the cheapest someone can get close to a brand new Ferrari ISH sedan.

Got to pay to play haha.

Yep, like this. I could even knock another $6K off the price by removing options MomHawk would want on it. I'm guessing I could get another several $K off of it in negoations as well.

(By the way, their rendering does not do this car justice)

It's not "more reasonable" than it's competitors. The E63, M5 and CTS-V are not it's competitors. The M3, C63 & ATS-V are and it's pice is right there with the rest of them, except for a stripper M3, which is about $10k less.

True I suppose on the CTS vs ATS. If you drop down to an ATS-V though you can knock about $25K off the price I had above, and that's with most the options.
