Mine come with tires, OEM TPMS, and a spare set of spoke stickers. 17's are better for handling, which is what this car was meant for in the first place.
If you're "just trying to help", a PM is far better than flaming someone's price on their own thread.

Do you know if these would clear the brembos on the brz w/performance pack? I can't find anything online about it

I'm afraid that I couldn't directly answer that, however, these should clear basically any BBK that fits under any 17's. The offset is +35 which is very wide, a wider offset than the PP standard wheels. They fill out the fender very well, exactly to the end with maybe a single mm of poke in the front if you're on the stock alignment (which needs more front camber anyway to resist understeer under hard cornering).
If these don't fit over the PP brembos I'd be shocked lol

Here is a picture of the immense brake clearance on the stock front calipers, I'd say that most calipers would fit there lol

These were my old wheels. They fit aftermarket Brembos. Here is an old pic of them w Brembos
