I meant as in no slop.
Collars are snugged up, but not necessarily any real preload.

and I just read the whole thread you linked. OP said he called PBM (so did I but dan just gave me the NVH schpeel), and they told him the pillow ball needs time to settle in. said its getting better over time.

Good! NP Just know that there is a very good reason behind my suggestions. I've ran these arms previously for several thousand miles, so I'm speaking from personal experience with the same exact issue.
