Ecutek and 2017 BRZ

I purchased an Ecutek dongle and license this week. It seems there is no base map file for a 2017 manual BRZ (ZA1JK00C) on Ecutek's servers. ProECU is fully updated.

Has anyone tuned a 2017 with Ecutek yet?

I'll admit I'm a noob on this, any direction appreciated.

If your getting a tune from tuner they will send you file suitable for your car.

I don't think ecutek has release the 2017 stock rom and racerom patch to retail customers yet

Do you need to tune yourself ? , I think I have those K00C roms and patch

@steve99

I'm glad you specifically replied. I found your post here:

I'd love to have an Ecutek compatible version of your OFT tune:
ZA1JK00C-P0420 cat efficiency disabled.zip

ProECU loads your .bin file but I assume it's not truly compatible ?

I will be getting a tune from a local tuner @VitViper next Saturday. I've already got a header on my car so I'm just trying to do the basics like clear the CEL and have quiet start.

You will be able to load and flash that tune with ecutek, just no racerom stuff.

PM me your Email address and I can send you the ecutek ones if you want
