you got a legit reason to go with 18s now

As soon as I mounted the wheels I thought "Shit I should have gone with 18s in the first place"

We'll see how these hold up to daily driving and a HPDE in a couple weeks and go from there.

Honestly, outside of a weight coming off, you'll be fine.

Everyone else is on here saying winter is over and putting on their nice wheels, meanwhile in Alaska.....
How was the drive? I bought mine just after the last snow of the season in Idaho so I haven't tried her out yet.

It was fine. I have Blizzaks on it. And it really comes down to fundamentals, don't mix inputs (steering with braking or accelerating). Shift as soon as your able and keep the RPMs down. I noticed a couple of times if I held a gear past 3K the traction light would start to blink. The only spot I had trouble on was this morning I caught a light that rests on at a slight incline that was pretty icy. Once the light turn she wagged her tail and i lightly counter-steered as we made it through 1 and 2nd gear, I got into 3rd just as I cleared the intersection and we were off.

Speaking of inclines, I know people are po-poing on the Hill start assist. I LOVE IT! this morning the I watched as a bunch of fwd cars struggling and failing to make it out of the street leaving the neighborhood. and when I backed out of the driveway having that nanny holding the car for me as I feathered into gear and pulled away like a boss in my 'unwinterable sports car'. Love this machine.

Made a shift knob meant for an original 911 fit on my BRZ - I'm in love. Finished in a heat resistant semi-gloss seal. Used an oxygen sensor adapter for a thread.

Perrin inlet and removed sound tube. Officially this part doesn't fit on the new engine but some stretching and clamps did the job
