Scion frs acting up

Hey guys this is my first time posting here, and i was wondering if you guys can help me out. I was trying to attempt a air suspension install on my frs everything went fine from the rear but to the front side is where it went weird my car didnt want to start after i hit the fuse on the postive battery terminal. Replaced it got a new battery ran fine. Now it turns on but it wont let me go in drive (its a automatic frs) when i put the brake in nor does the lettering P show on the dash. But if i turn my key all the way in everything shows the P in park my clock and everything but my stereo doesnt. Im wondering what could it be. Is it cause i had my compressor hooked on to my amp for power ? Or cause i put a kill switch by my cup holder ? I didnt do any wiring other than wiring the compressor to the amp and the kill switch. It worked fine before installation it went on and off but now idk what could of happened im more worried for my electrical than my air suspension. If you guys got any helpful tips or advice id appreciate it. My car is getting the air struts removed and going back to stock ones if the shop cant figure out what it is. Ill take it to the dealership
